Buying Second Hand Cars

There is a man in abingdon who is selling second hand cars from his home (he is a trader). whats wrong with that i can hear you ask ,,, well they break down soon after you buy them , how do i know , well lets just say i do. this person has not declared that he is a trader and his only way of offering me some help was to pinch a part of another car that is in his works yard( very nice ). I have sent all his details to trading standards and they have said that they will be paying him a visit.
I really want to post his name and address on her to warn others but car'nt? alls i can say is that he lives in Abingdon on the way to cumnor
